Join the Right of Residence Workshop which will take place in the context of the Summer University on European citizenship.
The workshop aims to initiate a debate on the evolution of third-country nationals’ rights of residence, derived from ties to EU mobile citizens. Undoubtedly, the European Court of Justice plays a leading role in the development of such rights. Do Member States play a positive role in that regard? Do they comply with the principle of effectiveness?
