1. What services do you offer?
   Our Company has 4 main departments: Immigration, Citizenship, Legal and Document Procurement. Each department offers the following services:
   • The Immigration Department offers Consultation on Immigration Solutions for Individuals or Corporate Immigration Solutions and performs all types of immigration procedures available. In case you are not sure what type of visa to apply, we can assess your case and give you the best option according to your situation and objectives.
   • The Citizenship Department offers Consultation service and performs all types of citizenship procedures. In case you are not sure if you are eligible to apply for your Italian citizenship, you can contact us. The initial assessment of eligibility is free of charge.
   • The Legal Department. We have lawyers and legal counsels that are specialized in various areas. Please contact us in case you need legal assistance in Italy or concerning Italian law, and let us know some details of your case for an initial evaluation.
   • If you need to obtain some certificates in Italy and/or legalize it, you can also contact us, as our Document Procurement department can do it for you. This department is also in charge of translation services, legalizations, etc.
   
   
2. Can I have a consultancy even without being in Italy? What about the procedures and the obtainment of certificates?
   Yes, you can. For the type of services we offer, your absence from Italy is not an obstacle at all.

3. Do I have to pay for the consultancy?
   It depends. The initial consultation that helps us understand your case is free of charge. However, all the other consultation services are subject to payment. All costs will be communicated in advance to the client, and the services will be performed once we receive your appointment for the case and the payment for the service will be confirmed.
   
   
4. How does the consultancy work?
   Consultancies can be either:
   • Written consultation
   • By phone or online calls (Skype, Zoom, Microsoft team, etc.)
   • A combination of written consultation and phone calls/online calls
   
   
5. I know exactly what type of procedure I need. Can I skip the consultation and ask directly for your services?
   Yes, of course. In such a case, we will ask you for some details and once you appoint us, your case will be directly followed by our experts.
   
   
6. I don’t speak Italian, do you offer services in other languages?
   Yes. All our staff is fluent in English and Italian. Besides, we have staff that is also fluent in Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.
