One of the leading corporate immigration lawyers in Italy. Admitted to the Milan Bar Association (1988) and to the Taipei Bar Association (2016), a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Marco Mazzeschi, the founder of Mazzeschi Srl, has 30 years of experience in corporate immigration and commercial law. He is “an absolute top name” who stands out as “the most prominent attorney in Italy” in the area according to Who’s who legal’s Corporate Immigration 2019: Analysis, he is also the most highly recommended immigration lawyer in Italy in the WWL 2018’s research.
He is a graduate of the University of Siena, law faculty (1985). He obtained a postgraduate diploma in administrative law at the Academy of Public Administration (1995), took summer courses on international law at The Hague Academy of International Law (1984). Mr. Mazzeschi served as an officer in the Italian Fiscal Police (1986–1987).
Mr. Mazzeschi is admitted to the Bar Associations of Milan (1988) and Taipei (2016), admitted arbitrator with the Chinese Arbitration Association (Taipei, 2016), member of the editorial board of the scientific journal Asian Business Research. He is also visiting lecturer at the School of Law of Shandong University of Finance and Economics (Jinan) and Adjunct Professor in the Chinese Culture University (Taipei, 2018-2022).
He worked for 20 years in some of the largest Italian law firms and in 2007 founded Mazzeschi Srl, a boutique firm specialized in business immigration and citizenship law, which assists more than 100 of the Fortune 500 companies for all their immigration matters in Italy.
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and of the International Bar Association. He speaks frequently at international conferences and seminars and has written several articles and contributions to international journals, publications, and Lexisnexis publications.
