You can obtain a work permit in Italy - as an exception to the quota system - if you fall within one of the following conditions:
  1. You work for a company abroad, you hold a blue collar or executive position and you are assigned temporarily at the Italian branch/subsidiary but remaining on the sending company's payroll
  2. You work for a company abroad, you hold a blue collar or executive position and you are assigned temporarily to work at the Italian branch/subsidiary to carry out some consultancy work directly in favor of the Italian company
  3. You work for a company abroad which has signed a service agreement with an Italian company and you need to carry out some work set forth in the Agreement (start-up, maintenance, installation, quality controls);
  4. You have a 3 year University diploma and you have been offered a work contract for not less than 1 year and a salary of not less than 25,000 Euro/year;
  5. You are appointed as Chairman, managing director or board member of an Italian company (Spa or Srl) which has been established since at least 3 years;
